Our semi-private classes perfectly merge the benefits of a one-on-one session with the dynamics of a group class. Drop in and join between two to five others for regularly scheduled mat classes. Experience the quality of a private session, including personal attention, individual exercise modifications, and corrections, all with the fun, motivation, and convenience of the class format.

Pilates Mat
Lengthens, strengthens, and aligns the entire body while focusing on a deep engagement of the core muscles. A traditional mat class with the added Erika Bloom 'plus' of focus on correct body mechanics, coordinated breath, a centered mind-body connection, and personalized corrections. 60 min. back^

Pilates with Props
Amp-up your Pilates work-out by adding bands, balls, and the magic circle. Props increase the difficulty of a traditional mat class while at the same time aiding one to achieve correct form in each exercise. 60 min. back^

Pilates Fundamentals
Understanding the foundations of Pilates is key to getting the most out of your practice. The concepts of the Fundamentals are equally helpful in advancing a Pilates apparatus, Pilates mat, or a Yoga practice. This is a deep, focused class that is as important for beginners as it is for longtime students. 60 min. back^

Pre-natal Pilates
Exercise during pregnancy has been shown to reduce discomfort, ease the challenges of labor, and shorten post-partum recovery time. Our experienced instructors will lead you through pregnancy specific exercises to help you stay toned, stretched, and centered during your second and third trimesters. Doctor's approval required. 60 min. back^

Foot Fixers
Our feet are our foundation. The way they function affects our body's alignment and movement all the way to the top of our head. The weakness, tightness, and movement patterns of the feet can be addressed just like the rest of our body. This class combines exercises and stretches for the feet and legs to relieve the pain and discomfort of daily wear and tear. Designed for those with a wide array of foot problems or for those who just love their Jimmy Choo's. 30 min. back^

Stretch
Active stretches that target the various muscles of the body. Get deeper and stretch more efficiently in a guided class. An important addition to any wellness routine. 60 min. back^

Hatha Yoga
This class introduces students to the basic concepts and poses of Hatha Yoga in a gentle, safe and effective way as well as pose modifications for more advance practitioners. Extra time and attention are devoted to the breathing techniques and to establishing correct alignment within each posture. back^

Hatha Stretch and Restorative Yoga
Active stretches that target the various muscles of the body. Get deeper and stretch more efficiently in a guided class. Complete with restorative poses supported by props such as blankets and bocks to create open, restful positions for you to nourish and renew yourself. Because a portions of this class is passive, please wear appropriate layers of clothing to keep warm. back^

Gentle Yoga
Slow, gentle hatha yoga for those with injuries or the elderly. 75 min. back^

The Pilates Ball Workout
Adding the ball to your Pilates routine increases your mind/body awareness, core strength, balance and flexibility as you perform the work on an unstable base of support. Because of this instability, the Pilates Ball Workout targets more muscle groups for a challenging, but fun, workout. Intermediate/Advanced. 60 min. back^

Pilates In The Hamptons
Experience the quality of Madison Avenue's Erika Bloom Pilates Plus in the Hamptons. Join us Saturdays at 11 am on Atlantic Avenue Beach in Amagansett for a dynamic mat class on the beach. All you need is a towel and your SPF. NEW this summer Mommy + Me Pilates in the Hamptons at the Amagansett Free Library Saturdays at 4pm. Classes begin June 21 and end August 30. Happy Summer! back^
