Yoga
Experience one-on-one attention from one of our experienced yoga instructors in our private studio. The personal guidance of our private and semi-private yoga sessions will allow you to deepen and progress your practice, whether taken as your sole practice or in conjunction with our group yoga classes. back to top ^

Surrender + Center
Combines yogic breathing exercises with assisted stretches and yoga asanas followed by guided meditation. Re-centers your inner focus while gently opening the body to allow the practice of meditation to both relax and rejuvenate you. back to top ^

Craniosacral Therapy
A subtle and gentle therapy that aims to realign the cranium and the sacrum, two areas that are profoundly connected through the rhythms of our spinal fluid. Important for everyone but especially great for aiding in the treatment of TMJ and chronic neck, back, or head pain. back to top^

Thai Yoga Massage
A traditional massage of Thailand, this treatment is experienced wearing loose fitting clothing on a soft mat on the floor. The practitioners body weight is used to create assisted yoga asanas and stretches, while simultaneously applying gentle pressure to shiatsu points.  Mobilizes joints, loosens muscles, releases tension, and rebalances the body.

Cardio In Central Park
Can't get motivated? Schedule an appointment with one of our cardiovascular trainers to walk or jog with you in central park. It's not just about weight control; walking and jogging improve cardiovascular health and increase bone density. Session begins and ends with appropriate stretches. back to top ^

The Pilates Ball Workout
Add the ball to your Pilates mat routine, increasing your mind/body awareness, core strength, balance and flexibility as you perform the work on an unstable base of support. Mommy and Me Pilates
Enjoy exercise with your infant! Pilates will help new mothers rejuvenate and tone their post pregnancy bodies.
